Overview

Planned and delivered a forum exploring the evolving MICE industry and its convergence with diverse sectors. The event provided a platform to discuss the future direction of the industry while connecting students with professionals through a career mentoring programme featuring PCOs, PEOs, CVBs, tourism organizations, and venue operators.

Responsibilities

• Expanded the event by 2.5× compared to the previous year and secured participation from 12 industry organizations, introducing the event's first career mentoring exhibition booths.

• Led partnership development, including sponsor proposals, corporate outreach, exhibitor management, and stakeholder coordination.

• Managed participant operations, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
